All products offered by AncientCity Biotech are intended strictly for legitimate laboratory and scientific research use only.

Buyer Qualifications

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you:

You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your intended lawful research application.

AncientCity Biotech reserves the right to request additional information regarding the intended research use of its products and may refuse, cancel, or limit any order, in its sole discretion, where a purchase appears inconsistent with legitimate laboratory research purposes or these Terms.

Product Information and No Medical Claims

Product descriptions, specifications, analytical information, certificates of analysis, and related materials are provided solely for informational and research-reference purposes.

Nothing on this website—including product pages, labels, technical documents, certificates of analysis, emails, advertisements, social media content, or other marketing materials—should be interpreted as:

Orders, Shipping & Cancellations

Customers are solely responsible for confirming that products may legally be purchased, possessed, received, imported, exported, and used within their jurisdiction.

AncientCity Biotech reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including when an order appears inconsistent with these Terms, applicable law, payment verification requirements, fraud-prevention measures, export restrictions, or Research Use Only policies.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if cancellation is requested before order fulfillment begins.

Once fulfillment has begun, including the generation of a shipping label, the order can no longer be canceled.

Shipping estimates are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

AncientCity Biotech is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, governmental actions, incorrect customer information, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Refunds & Returns

Due to product sensitivity, storage requirements, contamination risks, and quality-control considerations, all delivered products are final sale.

Products are not eligible for return or exchange due to:

  • Ordering mistakes

  • Research changes

  • Customer preference

  • Incorrect product selection

If an order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, customers must contact Support@ancientcitybiotech.com within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery.

Customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the shipping package when applicable

After verification, AncientCity Biotech may, at its sole discretion, provide:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full refund

No other remedies are guaranteed.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all products and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

AncientCity Biotech expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

The purchaser assumes all risks associated with product handling, storage, transportation, research use, and disposal.

AncientCity Biotech shall not be liable for product degradation or loss resulting from improper storage, handling, transportation, or use after delivery.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AncientCity Biotech and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, penalties, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Violation of applicable law

  • Unauthorized use of products

  • Improper handling

  • Human or animal application

  • Negligence

  • Misrepresentation

  • Use outside legitimate laboratory research purposes

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, product names, images, website content, text, software, photographs, videos, designs, and other intellectual property displayed on this website are the exclusive property of AncientCity Biotech or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, transmitted, or used without prior written permission.

Electronic Communications

By using this website or placing an order, you consent to receive communications electronically from AncientCity Biotech regarding your account, purchases, order status, policies, and other business matters. Dispute Resolution

Severability

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Research Use Only Disclaimer, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and any additional policies published by AncientCity Biotech, constitute the entire agreement between you and AncientCity Biotech regarding website use, purchases, and the sale of products.

Section headings are provided solely for convenience and shall not affect the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms.
